Onkogene.com is a scientific literature monitoring platform focused on genomic medicine of solid tumors. It surfaces curated articles of interest for oncologists, molecular geneticists and bioinformaticians working at the intersection of genomics and artificial intelligence.
The platform uses a self-learning, self-improving DSPy framework that refines its article selection week after week, drawing from PubMed, bioRxiv and medRxiv. Future developments will continue to enrich the tool.
